KNOWBL - January 2023 - February 2024
- Created and carried go-to-market plan for a global Credit Card Servicing company's Rewards chat product. Worked closely with senior leadership, technical, program management, and legal teams. Program led to a multi-year contract, a 22% decrease in customer support inquiries, and a 2x increase in operational effectiveness.
- Partnered with Large Home Improvement Retailer' product management team to deliver a voice AI product or returns processing. Assisted Product and Technical Managers with educating senior leadership on generative AI, and devised two test cases to address 14M of annual calls, which resulted in a contract, a 26% reduction in Store Associate handle time, and a notable improvement in customer satisfaction and delivery.
- Worked closely with National Insurance & Finance Provider' Digital Programs office to remove underwriting bottlenecks for Brokers, and policy searches for call center personnel, which resulted in an 80% intent expansion, and 4x reduction in response times.
- Urgently recovered, and through effective get-well plans, extended a lead generation solution for a Wealth Management firm, helping them increase new assets under management by $4 million, and expanding the client’s service portfolio.

KORE.AI - October 2021 - January 2023
- Oversaw the development of a winning RFP for Global Consumer Electronics Retailer to support in-store associates, resulting in a multi-year contract and a 20% increase in associate productivity.
- Personally selected by CEO to lead second-largest cable company account, and within 11 months, recovered relationship and secured initial contract to reduce voice customer support response times by 18%. Customer expanded to multi-year contract.
- Drove Data Center Provider's COE to embrace AI for employees, which led to a multi-year contract, and a 34% rise in employee engagement through the full automated critical internal support functions deployed.
- Developed and oversaw sales training on Kore.ai's no-code platform, which instructed AEs on how to create custom experiences without assistance from solution engineers, resulting in a 50% increase in demos delivered in the first month.

INTERACTIONS - April 2016 - September 2020
- Agressively created and implemented company's first sales training program, which was first intended for AEs and later extended to the entire sales staff. Reduced the length of the sales cycle by 50% by educating teams on AI and sales methodologies. Enhanced sales techniques yielded increased average transaction size by 114%, and encouraged confidence in negotiating larger contracts.
- Led daily training with inexperienced business development team for handling target research, stakeholder message development, and engagement tactics, which led to closing $1 million and $2 million sales by optimizing lead generation team and processes.
- Selected by COO to spearhead Major Automotive OEM Voice Assistant project. Delivered compelling business case to reduce agent call times by 27%. Complex engagement and lengthy engagement eventually accepted by procurement and following a labor strike, was able to obtain eight of the nine signatures required before the global pandemic stopped further development.
